As the GM's executive secretary, you will efficiently manage the GM’s schedule, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What will you do:
• Managing GM Schedule, booking appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
• Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them.
• Acting as a filter, directing inquiries and issues to the right people, and handling urgent matters.
• Managing filing systems, databases, office supplies, and general office procedures.
• Handling sensitive business and personal information with discretion.
• Accompanying the GM during the hotel walkthroughs. Document the inspection.
Your profile:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Understanding of hotel operations and management.
Able to walk long distances.
Computer literate.
