What you will do
- Oversee and manage a kitchen brigade of 100 cooks.
- Create menus aligned with our all-inclusive concept.
- Ensure food cost control and proper financial management.
- Guarantee food safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team during service.
Your profile
- Culinary education and several years of experience in high-volume kitchens.
- Leadership and management experience with large teams.
- Strong organizational and financial skills.
- Resilient and effective under pressure.
- Knowledge of all-inclusive operations is a plus.
