About the role

What you will do
- Supervise kitchen operations across various sections.
- Support menu preparation and food presentation.
- Lead and coach junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
Your profile
- Culinary training or extensive high-volume kitchen experience.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy is a plus.
