Bar Manager (Fulltime)
As Bar Manager, you are responsible for the full operation of all our bars , from pre-opening to daily management.

About the role
Are you an experienced bar professional with a passion for hospitality and team development? As Bar Manager, you are responsible for the full operation of all our bars (5 outlets), from pre-opening to daily management. You ensure a consistent, efficient, and welcoming guest experience every day.
What you will do
- Lead daily operations across all bars, ensuring consistent service.
- Recruit, train, and manage supervisors, bartenders, and barbacks.
- Develop and implement drink menus (cocktails, mocktails, wine, spirits, and soft drinks).
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef on pairing menus and promotions.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
- Create schedules, provide payroll inputs, and conduct performance reviews.
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in senior bar or beverage management in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Experience with pre-opening and/or multi-outlet operations is a plus.
- Financial acumen (cost control, P&L, budgeting).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
- Hospitality education or similar background is advantageous.
