About the role
Are you an organized professional with an eye for detail and guest experience? As the F&B Supervisor for All-Day Dining, you ensure that breakfast, lunch, and dinner services run smoothly. You coordinate the team, maintain buffet quality, and monitor service standards.
What you will do
- Supervise buffet and à-la-carte services during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Ensure timely setup, replenishment, and presentation of buffet stations.
- Coordinate large teams and plan shifts.
- Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist with daily operational challenges.
Your profile
- 2–3 years of experience as a supervisor in a buffet or casual dining environment with high volumes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Ability to lead large teams and manage shift rotations.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
