Are you service-oriented and ready to coach a team to the highest guest satisfaction? As the À la Carte F&B Supervisor, you ensure smooth lunch and dinner service, deliver personalized guest experiences, and help the team perform at its best.
What you will do
- Oversee lunch and dinner service with a focus on personalized guest experiences.
- Support the team with menu knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen and service staff.
- Follow up on guest feedback and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Report to the Restaurant Manager.
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in an à-la-carte restaurant.
- Good knowledge of menu engineering and upselling techniques.
- Excellent guest-focused and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong coaching and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
