Are you passionate about creating spotless and welcoming spaces? As Housekeeping Manager, you lead our housekeeping team and ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort.

What you will do

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Plan and oversee daily cleaning operations.
• Conduct inspections to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
• Manage stock of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office for smooth operations.
• Train and coach staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive improvements in efficiency and team performance.
  
  

Your profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping and/or a leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive communicator with a supportive leadership style.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Papiamentu is a plus.
