About the role
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for technical excellence? As Maintenance Manager, you lead our engineering team and ensure that all facilities run safely, smoothly, and sustainably.

What you will do

• Lead and motivate the maintenance & engineering team.
• Plan and oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water, energy).
• Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Train and coach staff in safety and technical procedures.
• Drive improvements and innovation in maintenance practices.
  
  

Your profile

• Leadership experience in hotel/resort maintenance or technical management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Architecture, or Technical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and water systems.
• Hands-on leader with problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Papiamentu is a plus.
